Payment completed though credit not showing up.
Which payment method did you use? If you used Paypal could you please tell me the transaction ID of Paypal? I need to check it first.
That will be the one through Alipay that did not show up.Alipay ID: Grievedshota@live.com
Transaction ID: 2018010721001004670564515418
Though I’m currently using Paypal and USD, if a refund is easier that would do.
Thanks.
Okay let me check your transaction. Please allow up to 24 hours to be verified.
Actully one more important question… There were 3 node in SanJose CA hosted by Colocrossing, yet 2 stable ones died. They are the reason why I’m using Mudfish is there plans to bring them back up?
Thanks.
I think recently we’d refunded 49 CNY so please check it’s handled it properly.
There were 3 node in SanJose CA hosted by Colocrossing, yet 2 stable ones died.
Please allow two days to bring it back because it used too many network bandwidth recently and had suspended by Host company. However when I contacted to them to expand more nodes, they said it’s out of stock.
Hi, Sorry bothering you again, but really like to know is there any plan for a Server in Sacramento, CA USA?
Please let me try to find a provider at Sacramento, CA USA though I’m not sure there’s. It’s very rare place.
Never mind if it’s hard to find! Just couldn’t quite understand that while Colocrossing in San Jose(node-us-00342.mudfish.net) provides decent and stable latency for most of the time.Colocrossing1&2(node-us-00542.mudfish.net, node-us-00543.mudfish.net) which shares the same routing as 00342, usually has higher and unstable RTT mostly due to it’s erratic system load?
I suppose 00342 might be a dedicated server where 00542& 00543 are shared VPS? Is there anyway to switch 00542& 00543 to a different shared server? The 15/0/0 load avg. is making RTT jumping all over the place…
Please let me monitroing these nodes. As you know, these nodes are on shared VPS but its CPU steal rate is pretty high. It looks like the provider oversold their VPS. I need to contact the provider. Thank you for your feedback.
