Hi, I am trying to buy credits through my debit card but neither the Stripe payment nor the GPay payment is working. Both are declining the payment and not showing any specific error. I contact my Bank and everything is working on their end. Please help.
@waailasif3 Sorry for this inconvenience but it’s a thing we can help you because the payment transaction happens at Stripe or Google Pay (their side). Please check Pricing link and try to pay with other payment methods we support.
