I am a new to Mudfish and I am very pleased with the service!
I just wanted to understand a little more how this service works because I am a little confused:
At the moment if I connect to a games server in North America without Mudfish on, I get very high ping and the game is basically unplayable due to the bad routing from my location (Australia).
But if I set Mudfish to the game server address and turn it on using the recommend path - my ping in game becomes much lower and the game is playable again which is great!
The only thing I am a little bit confused is with Mudfish turned on, is the game showing me the ping from the game server to the Mudfish node or is it showing the ping from the game server to my computer?
With Mudfish on, the game server shows me connecting from a different IP that is not my real one so I don’t understand how it knows what my ping is if that makes sense ?
