Ping to Singapore Garena League of Legends server high and intermittent disconnection

Hi,

For 2,3 days in a row, I am experiencing higher ping when I connect to League of Legends Garena Singapore server.

On average, I am used to getting 145 - 150 ping, however, these 2 days my ping is hovering at about 180 and there is also intermittent disconnection. I did not change any settings so I am not sure what is happening.

Please help, thanks! Do also let me know what information you need from me to help.
