Plans to add south american server location to diablo 3?

I’ve noticed the SA server isn’t located in Diablo 3’s server locations. Are there plans to add it in the future?

The server parameter for Bnet settings for South America (located in Brazil) is:
OnlineService.Matchmaking.ServerPool=SA1
