Umm… Not sure what’s a problem with mudfish nodes. If possible, please try to test your network status from your desktop to 2.58.242.212 (the public IP of TW Asia (Taiwan - HostingInside 1) mudfish node) using How to use WinMTR link.
I think this result shows you where this issue is from.
