Event time

Date / Time: 2025/12/12 08:00 ~ 12:00 (GMT+8)

Incident description During a FastConnect VPN session intended for Guild Wars 2, I started downloading the game installer for another game (Wuthering Waves) using a downloader. While downloading, the download traffic was also charged to my Mudfish account. This caused a large spike in this month’s traffic usage and resulted in my account showing a negative balance. I was using FastConnect mode (not Full VPN, not WFP Item), the client used UDP protocol, and MTU was set to 1400.

Technical details

Client mode: FastConnect (not FullVPN, not WFP Item)
Connection protocol: UDP
MTU: 1400
Client IP: 111.242.171.114

Request / Desired resolution

Please investigate which flows were counted toward my Mudfish PPT usage during the reported time range and identify the traffic that should not have been billed (downloads from other game installers/downloaders).
Please adjust my account usage and refund/remove any incorrectly billed traffic so my balance is restored.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
