Is it possible to connect my PS4 to mudfish without using full vpn mode? My credits are depleting very fast because of it, i am connecting through my laptop using mobile hotspot

I think you’re following Internet Connection Sharing with Mudfish document to do this. However IIRC with Windows, Full VPN mode required to work. 
However if you have OpenWRT-based router, I think you can install mudfish on it and test though it’s little bit complicated.
