Question regarding TAP Adapter on a locked system Net Cafe

So uhm, im having a thought lately, is it possible to use Mudfish alternatively without using TAP Adapter at all?
Some of my friends are playing at Net Cafe, most of em have their PC’s system locked by Net Cafe owner and Mudfish somehow cant access TAP Adapter and giving no Adapter error despite its installed alrdy (checked thru Device Manager, tried to check thru Adapter Settings at Control Panel but nada, locked and cant access it). So yea, i wonder if theres a workaround for this kind of case…

In mudfish, we support two tun(4) drivers as follows:

• OpenVPN tuntap driver aka TAP Win32 adapter v9.
• Wintun driver. https://www.wintun.net/

If netcafe blocks all of the above, then no way to run Mudfish.
