If you are using the pay-per-traffic plan, the purchase and installation of items is free. However, credits are consumed only when traffic is generated through the item.
I already discovered why my credits were consumed without playing the game. It is because of the problem with the Amazon servers, maybe you should make it clearer from the beginning. Many credits from my first payment were consumed thanks to this.
