Rainbow six siege X item doesn't work (FullVPN mode works well)

I have ping issue with Rainbow six siege X, so I use mudfish VPN but normal mode(should I say item mode?) doesn’t work.
If I use Full VPN mode, ping issues are gone but I want to streaming and voice chat as same time.(I mean, I don’t want to consume packet except gaming)

I use this settings, but doesn’t work well.
Item settings:
Official server location : Asia(Japan)
Relay server : JP Asia (Osaka - Amazon EC2 1)
Use item or not : use

If I use this setting in Full VPN mode, it works well.

I checked custom item mode but I couldn’t add “Rainbow six siege.exe” process.
(I could find Rainbow six siege BE.exe, but this is probably anti cheat program(Battle eye), adding this won’t resolve ping issue.)

Can you resolve ping issues in Item mode?
