I dont think I need a refund? I don’t really know what’s happening, but this is the third time I have noticed a specific issue when using Mudfish.
I play league of legends. I occasionally check the balance usage after every session. It’s barely anything, lets say roughly around 15 cents.
But then occasionally, I would randomly get charged something like a solid 3 dollars? It’s not always $3, but it’s just a random spike. I went from having roughly $0.85 in my account balance to Negative -$0.24
What is causing this spike? I would like to avoid it. The main reason I dont want to recharge more than $5 is because I’m afraid that these random spikes might suck my entire balance without me being aware. I’m also still fairly new to the platform, so I barely understand how to navigate and track whatever ate that balance
