did mudfish redirect traffic for game patcher also ?

@royalexpress which game item do you use? If you’re using the item-based configuration in Mudfish, it depends on the game item.

i play novaro but the launcher is really slow to connect to novaro server from my ISP, mudfish only help stabilizing connection when i login ingame

Umm… If you’re playing “Nova Ragnarok”, I think you can try to check Create Custom Item document. So if you know the process name of the launcher, I think you can try to add the process name on your item.
