Refund and hasn't received it yet

i already do refund and status already changed into Refunded but hasn’t received the money back.

im using QRIS from paymentwall

is there anyway administrator help me with this case? thankyou!!

  • Bank name:
  • Bank account number:
  • Name:
  • Amount of refund:
  • Transaction ID: [w+CID]
  • Proof of Payment
