Refund error - My new recharge (499 JPY) disappeared



Hi Mudfish Support,

Thank you for the 4.99 USD refund. However, there is a serious issue with my account balance.

As shown in the attached screenshot (image_ee14dd.png):

  1. My 4.99 USD refund is marked as “退款完成” (Refund Completed).
  2. My recent 499 JPY recharge is marked as “處理完成” (Processing Completed).

However, after the 4.99 USD refund was processed today, my account balance became zero, and the 499 JPY credit is missing.

It seems like the refund operation accidentally cleared my recent recharge. Could you please check my payment history and restore my 499 JPY balance as soon as possible?

I think your all payments are now refunded. However regarding to this issue, when I checked your account, it shows you used aroung 140 GB this month with PPT data plan. :slight_smile:

So its credit charge looks normal in my opinion.
