Refund Issues

Hello! I’ve requested a refund about 5 days ago and it says that the transaction has been refunded, however I have not received the said refund in my cash app nor have I received an email confirming the refund.

Below is a screenshot of my transaction history. As you can see, the last transaction is my payment for my mudfish credits. There hasn’t been a transaction after that, thus no refund.

Please check the following screenshot regarding to your transaction via Paymentwall:

It says that it’s refunded successfully. :slight_smile: If not please try to contact to the paymentwall.
