@junsgp Not sure what’s happening with your account. These payments look a little bit old. Are you meaning that your credit card was charged without your authentication? In mudfish, we don’t have any concept of auto-payment with the credit card. So it means all of payments were done by human manually.
If you think your credit card got scammed, please contact to the credit card vendor immediately to stop the abuse of credit card… They’ll handle your cases.
When you file your abuse cases via credit card vendor you’re using, they’ll contact to us for your cases. Then we’ll start to response for your refund cases.
So please file a case of abuse use via your card vendor first. Sorry for this inconvenience.
