Hello Mudfish Support,

My Mudfish ID: nicktime7980

I purchased $4.99 USD credits on February 14, 2026.
After testing on Minecraft server (mc.mineblaze.net), the service increased my ping instead of decreasing it (from 88 ms to 110–136 ms).
Traffic used is minimal (only tests, less than 100 MB).

Please refund the remaining credits to my original payment method.
