I am writing to request a refund for an iOS In-App Purchase (5,900 KRW) made on March 20, 2026.
Here is the situation:
I urgently needed credits for a time-sensitive task (concert ticketing). However, after completing the purchase via the iOS App Store, the credits were not added to my account immediately.
Because I could not afford to wait, I had to make a second purchase via PayPal on my PC to get the credits instantly. The second transaction was successful and those credits are currently being used.
Since the initial iOS purchase was a result of the delivery delay and is now redundant, I would like to request a refund for the iOS transaction.
My Details:
• Mudfish ID: juswian
• 1st Transaction (To Refund): 5,900 KRW via iOS (March 20, 2026)
• 2nd Transaction (Keep): 4.99$ via PayPal (March 20, 2026)
I have attached the receipt for the iOS purchase for your reference. I understand that for Apple In-App Purchases, I may need to finalize the refund through Apple Support, but I wanted to log this issue here first.

If you paid with mudfish app for iOS (Apple InApp purchase), please check Refund Policy and contact to Apple. They doesn’t allow us to refund your payment unfortunately.
