Refund Request - Misunderstanding regarding Aion 2 support

Hello,

I would like to request a refund for my recent credit purchase.

I bought Mudfish specifically to play the new “Aion 2” (Unreal Engine 5 version) on the Taiwan server. I was under the impression that the game was supported, but it turns out the existing “Aion” item only covers the old CryEngine version of the game.

Since there is no official support for Aion 2 and the existing item does not work with the new game client, the product is useless to me. I was not aware of this lack of support before making the purchase.

Please refund my unused credits.

FYI recently we added “Aion 2” game item though I’m not sure that it works for you.

@weongyo Can you please look into getting the Korean server for Aion 2 added as well. Currently just the Taiwan server.

@Technyze No problem. However if possible, please check Packet Capture with Mudfish link and send us some game packets. We need it to analyze the game traffics.

@weongyo Doesn’t seem to be making much of a difference. Is it suppose to still show a Taiwan node?
