I’m looking for a refund of my recent purchase of a 2.99 USD credit today on 07/11/23 to use on a voucher to play Maplestory. Since downloading I have seen no improvements to my latency. Additionally, I have been seeking help on an issue regarding the cash shop however have received no responses both on the forums and in a direct message to you. I really wanted to once again, support mudfish, but given the circumstances I cannot. A refund asap would be greatly appreciated.
