I recently subscribed to your service, hoping for optimized routing and improved latency. While my fiber connection already provides a low ping (8ms), I noticed a slight increase (11ms) when using your service. Additionally, I am unable to connect to any game, which defeats the purpose of my subscription. I tried Counterstrike 2 and Rainbow Six Siege. Both impossible to connect and they throw me out of a game if im already connected and use mudfish.
Given these issues, I’d like to request a refund, as the service is not meeting my expectations. Please let me know the next steps.
