I would like to request a refund for my unused subscription.

Reason: I tried using Mudfish to reduce ping from the US to Vietnam but saw no improvement. I no longer plan to use the service and would like to request a refund for the unused time.

However, I would like to request a full refund back to my original payment method instead of Mudfish credits.
I no longer plan to use the service and would prefer the refund returned to my payment method.
