Request Support for Ragnarok Begins (WEST)

Dear Mudfish Support,

Ragnarok Begins (WEST) has been released in United States since November 15, but until now we still unable to use Mudfish service for playing it, the ping always spikes to above 500ms and happened a lot of delay and latency issues.

I hope that Mudfish team can add the item of Ragnarok Begins (WEST) to resolve these latency issues.

I have tried a lot of different nodes and uploaded the packet dump file while using Full VPN Mode to play Ragnarok Begins (WEST), but the latency is worse than direct connection without using Full VPN Mode.

Really appreciate for your help and attention, I have tried around 2 hours with various different nodes from different country, it works but the ping is not stable, for example it will suddenly spike to 400~500ms or above. My character will suddenly drag back to previous location while moving. While in Dungeon, Boss Fight or PvP, my character still taken damage even I have already moved out the red color damage judgement area before 0.5~1 second, so it’s quite unplayable in this situation.

I have monitored Mudfish Realtime RTT and Realtime Traffic, it shows stable at 230± ms ping, but in game it’s not stable as Mudfish displayed data, so I am not sure it happened due to package lost issue or other reason.

I would be grateful if Mudfish team can spend a moment to download the game to check for the reason that caused these latency issues.
