Request to swap data plan

Hi team!

i was using subscription mode to play black desert online, which was really good up till a week ago when it started lagging alot.

i changed to pay-per-traffic to test unlimited speed and the game was playable again.

i would like your help with changing back to subscription mode so that i can purchase a higher level speed voucher, but i am locked out for 1 month.

appreciate it alot if you could help me with this request.

No problem. I’d changed your data plan to Subscription and reset your changeable date too. If you’d like to change it back I think you can do again.
