Hi, I would like to request a refund on the 16-4 voucher subscription that I just bought, I was trying to choose the 8-2 voucher, but I think I tried it before my credits were processed, so the page said ‘no available mudfish credit’ and refreshed… And I didn’t know after it refreshed that it automatically selects the 16-4 voucher… so I clicked ‘Add’ without realising…
I changed my voucher back to the 8-2 subscription, and would like a refund for the 16-4 one… Please help, thanks in advance
it looks like I refunded the current subscription voucher too… Please equip it again when you get a chance. Sorry for this trouble. And please note that I added mudfish credits for your lost voucher.
