Requesting Credit Refund for abnormal usage

Hello Mudfish,

Last week I bought 499 JPY credits to use for Granblue Fantasy item. Today I forgot to turn off the Mudfish app while downloading FFXIV updates unknowingly that it used my whole mudfish credits until it goes minus. Full VPN mode was not on. Please help.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
