I received a notification on my PayPal that the refund was complete and when I go to my recent activity it says that the refund was complete as well, but when I check my bank the money doesn’t seem to have been delivered, so I am wondering whether that’s a problem from your end or PayPal’s. Thanks in advance :slightly_smiling_face:

I think this issue is out of mudfish’s hand when the refund is processing on Paypal. :slight_smile: So please try to contact to Paypal side if it’s not processing anymore.
