Robbed and scammed

I’ve lost all my credits (39gb) in a span of 4 days without using full vpn mode, and a couple of times lost credit even without connecting mudfish. Now I have negative credits. I’ve posted about this a lot of times and i feel like my query is being ignored, I’ve even sent reports. I just want to get what I paid for. I feel robbed and scammed. Just now I’ve lost what’s left even without connecting and been left with negative credits. Can I please get some answers from the developers! Please! It’s very frustrating and unfair!
