Rockstar Launcher its not working

I’m not able to play GTA online when I use mudfish. When I use proton vpn or Hotspot Shield, i can get on GTA 5 online just fine but with mudfish it says " “Files required to play GTA Online could not be downloaded from the Rockstar Games Service.

Could you please confirm that it’s also same with Full VPN mode enabled?
