Roughly about 18 hours ago i lost a large amount of credit (approximately $0.80 AUD) in a very short amount of time, sending me into a negative balance and kicking me from my game. I believe there may have been a bug or glitch of some sort, because it takes me at least a month to go through that much credit. As of now, I’m going to add some extra credit myself but would be very happy that you acknowledge and explain what has happened, and possibly refund the lost credit.
Frankly speaking, I can’t explain anything because no logging information is available for your account. :-( As default, Mudfish doesn’t log anything for privacy purpose unless you turn on ‘Connection Log’ option. Now I’d added some credits for you manually however please try to turn on the option if you’d like to know how traffics are used.

I will deactivate it soon but, I need to refund my available balance first before I do that. Can I get a refund first before I deactivate my account?
