Why is the ping always fluctuating and not consistent. Everytime when looking for best paths it keep changes and even so the best node may not work.
Please try to test your network status from your desktop to 110.45.190.1 (League Of Legends - Asia (South Korea)) using How to use WinMTR link.
You need to do a test without mudfish connected. And I think the result shows you where this issue is from.
