The issues unfortunately have gotten worse. I am curious if any discoveries have been made for potential improvement. It’s pretty rough to use any of these nodes right now.
I see. As you know, all of mudfish RU nodes are bad due to the packet loss issue from the upstream ISP. 
So I expect even if I leased another server providers in Russia, its symptom would be exactly same like right now.
So at this point, my answer is that no positive discovery yet…
