RU Europe (Khabarovsk - Misaka) node... again :')

had the same problem last month, but as of writing this the node RU Europe (Khabarovsk - Misaka), which is far and beyond the best node for Granblue Fantasy EU players, has currently disappeared. Last time it apparently came back on its own so here’s hoping that is the case again.

Same problem, without that node I get 260 ping, with that node it was 200.

Not just this one but almost all the Russian nodes went down

was back for a while and now it’s gone again this node is cursed.
edit. Now the node appears as dead but i’m still connected to it, it gives me insanely high ping on the connection graph but it actually is giving me the same ping i’d have if it worked normally

Recently I got a message from Apple like below that Mudfish is no longer served in Russia. It looks like its monitoring becomes more strict than before. So “RU Europe (Khabarovsk - Misaka)” might be also a part of the block.

well that is devastating
this is like a permanent 50 ms increase and a 5x traffic cost for me, genuinely no clue what to do now lmao, thanks for notifying us though.

edit. Actually, if russian nodes are really gone for good, would it be possible to add something like a Poland or simply an Eastern Europe node with better JP routing instead?

The straight line between Europe and Japan goes through northern russia so I don’t think Poland helps that much tbh, something in Finland might help a little bit. But I love the idea, anything to improve ping even a little bit

As mentioned by @Hoskit, yep… it’s not easy to find a good routing because Russia is very location to optimize a connection between Europe and Japan. I’ll try to find more server providers when I get a chance. Thank you for your feedbacks.
