I am having difficulties to connect US West / Eas / Europe server since 1 month ago.
It is getting slow or intermittant disconnect in game time.
I use basic mode with auto selection.
Can the support help and solve this issues ?

Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s the first thing you should test.
And make sure that this issue is still happening with turning off FastConnect mode.
