Server having issues?

I have been playing my game with no issues until recently.
Yes recently i have alot of high ping and packet drops etc.
Error’s on top of Error’s. Game name is: [Phantasy Star Online 2]

I suggest you check what is the problem. The issue only started this week. for the past many years I have had no issues. Only recently. ( Yes I have been a mudfish customer since the early 201x )

Please check , if not drop a refund

Please try to test your network status from your desktop to 210.189.209.19 (Phantasy Star Online 2 - Asia (Japan)) using How to use WinMTR link.I think you need to do two tests; one without mudfish and another with mudfish connected.

I think this result shows you where this issue is from.
