I have started using Mudfish service a week ago, while these days, I found out that my Mudfish connection cannot be completed as it shows in the attached images, it keeps saying it was only 46-48% completed. Simultaneously, the realtime traffic has shown nothing while I was using my purchased items (games). I have uninstalled the application and re-install it once, but it ends up the same. Does anyone know what’s happening and how can I fix it?

If you’re using Mudfish at macOS, please make sure two things are properly set up; 1) systemextension 2) vpn profile. For details, please check How to use (Mac OS X) link.
Hi, thanks for your kind reply. Sorry for getting back so late and claiming that I have already solved the problem, it seems to be related to VPN permission setting of MacOS and I gained guidance from another user in the forum. Thanks for that and I am now enjoying the service.
