South American server location suggestion for Diablo 3

Is it possible to add the Diablo 3 server located in Brazil? I connect to it by adding the following line in Battlenet’s game settings.

Additional command line arguments:

OnlineService.Matchmaking.ServerPool=SA1

I believe the server is located in Sao Paolo, Brazil. There’s only Asia, Europe, Australia and North America in the server locations.

Please send me some game packets using Packet Capture with Mudfish link while playing the game with Full VPN mode.

To update the game item of mudfish, I need some game packets to analyze.
