Split Tunneling/Exceptional Routes

Where is the exceptional routes feature in the Full VPN section? I don’t see it as shown in one of the forum posts, I just want to not use chrome in full vpn mode.
Mine looks like this:

@kimchibert Did you try turn on Expert Mode? This feature requires to turn it on.
