Subject: Credits drained to negative — request refund / investigation

Hello Mudfish team,

My credits were unexpectedly drained and my balance went negative. I only use Mudfish for Dota 2 and I do not have Full VPN on. Please investigate and refund the missing credits if appropriate.

Details:

  • Mudfish client version: Cloud VPN v6.1.3
  • Data plan: PPT (Pay-Per-Traffic)
  • Current total traffic this month (as seen in client): 57,257,248,138 bytes (≈57.3 GB)
  • Access IP (my side): 123.243.149.251 (IPv4)
  • Item in use: 도타 2 only
  • Payment history: No recent top-up / No payment history shown
  • Credit / balance: went negative (no credit left)
  • Approximate time(s) the unexpected usage occurred: [insert timestamps / date/times in your timezone]
  • What I was doing: I open Mudfish at the start of a match then turn it off right away. No game update or large downloads should have occurred.

unfortunately, session logs is off by default and just found out after looking for it, so i dont even have any to present.
but each game session of Dota2 normally spends (50-60mins) 100-120mb of data from previous monitoring experience, as mentioned, i turn it off each time my match ends and i check how much i spent every time.

As mentioned at Dota 2 link, it’s known that the game client uses a lot of game traffics per a match. I’d like to recommend you install a network monitoring tool like https://www.glasswire.com/ and check how much the game traffics use.

So in my opinion, I think this issue could be re-triggered easily again in the future if you’re playing a Dota 2 game with Mudfish.
