Subscription Plan Speed Limit Issue

Can I apply for a refund? The speed limit of the subscription plan is really too strict, or help me convert this amount into a data plan.

And the subscription plan I subscribed to is “8 Mbps burst / 2 Mbps,” but the actual test download is only 1~2 Mbps. I have confirmed that there are no issues with the unit.

@azdd65 No problem. I refunded your subscription voucher into mudfish credits. So if you want to change your data plan to PPT (Pay Per Traffic), I think you can change now.
