Sudden massive spike in data use results in negative balance

Hey there, I had a substantial amount of credits and today it got used up in a single session.

I usually only use Mudfish for Final Fantasy XIV, and usage is usually very, very modest (even with multi-path mode) - each top up lasts me months.

I was watching YouTube on my second screen, but that isn’t unusual - my understanding of how this works is it is only used specifically for Final Fantasy XIV traffic (and only to XIV’s Crystal Data Center), not regular data streaming. Full VPN mode was NOT turned on.

It seems like it’s related to this bug: CDN and Mudfish.

Hi, I had this as well, and I have my traffic specific to dota 2 only. I had like 20gb of data left yesterday and I haven’t opened dota 2 at all today, and now I’m at -680 yen.

@SacredDatura First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.

@gigonzales Please visit ‘Account → Edit profile’ menu to enable the Connection Log feature to see where your traffics were used. You can find it at https://mudfish.net/admin/user/modify link.
At this moment I don’t know why because as default we’re not doing any kind of logging to trace your traffics for privacy protection. So after enabling it, you can see connection logs at ‘Status → Access Log’.

For your convenience, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
