Support for the new version of Granblue Fantasy Versus - "Rising"

There’s a new edition of “Granblue Fantasy Versus” which is “Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising”. Please add support for this new game.

Although the Mudfish has an item for the first version of the game, this new release of the game features rollback netcode which heavily differs from the former. This new networking method probably uses new structures and servers.

The game has 5 network regions: North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Japan
