i use full vpn mode also disable ipv6 protocol, choose singpore and china node to connect singpore server.
I can access the game, but i have connection lost issue randomly.
How to solve this?
i don’t know how, i switch vpn protocol from udp to tcp, now there is no more connection lost issue.
@rayark2016 It’s not easy to explain if changing Connection Protocols from UDP to TCP is working for you. If then normally your MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) size could affect your issue.
Not sure that the following steps is helpful but please try when you get a chance.
- Change the connection protocol to UDP again.
- At ‘Program → Settings → Generic’ menu, please find ‘MTU’ option and reduce the value by 50 or more. For example you can use 1200 or 1300 MTU bytes for testing purpose.
- Then test it again whether the symptom is still the same.
