no but the TCP connection for the game is that IP on the game port 8887

I did test it again and it's not working as you set the IP to : ICMP 51.77.85.172. When I showed you it's 51.77.85.102:8883 TCP for channel 1 ( each channel has a separate port for some reason but same IP
Please check How do I know if its working? section and check the realtime graph whether it moves like that. I'd set 51.77.85.172 with the purpose because 51.77.85.102 IP has high packet drop rate. However I assumed that they locate at same subnet.
it does indeed work according to that section. but the ping fluctuates by a margin of 10 to 30ms which is pretty bad for a action combat mmorpg

Please check How to use WinMTR link and test against to 51.77.85.172 IP. To know where this issue is from I think we need to check it first.
