"Hello Mudfish Support team,
I am trying to download the OpenVPN configuration file (.ovpn) to set up Mudfish on my Router (Netduma), but I am unable to access the advanced menus.
The Problem: When I go to My Account > Edit Profile, I switch the Expert Mode to “On” (or Enable) and click the Modify button. The page reloads, but the setting does not seem to save. The left-hand sidebar menu remains in “Basic Mode” (showing only FrontPage, Download, Credit, Account).
The “Item” and “Setup” menus never appear, so I cannot access the OpenVPN export page.
I have already tried:
- Changing the site language to English.
- Using Incognito/Private mode in my browser.
- Logging out and logging back in.
- Clearing browser cache.
