the public ip and private ip in the summary is different from I got from vps,please check, I can only get connection from noVnc console,no other connection

Weird… Which public IP can you see? I guess it should be 14.63.227.176. However is it even same after sigining out and in again?

it shows 14.63.227.176,but the true ip is 59.22.167.217

How did you check it? 14.63.227.176 IP is for incoming public IP you can use. However 59.22.167.217 is used for outgoing traffics.

I RUN “curl ifconfig.me/all” in vps,it shows 59.22.167.217,and the ip can connect ssh and shadowsocks is 59.22.167.217 too,the ip 14 couldn’t connect anything

Yes. It’s normal because ‘curl’ is a outgress connection. And it’s expected. But you can use 14.a.b.c IP for incoming connections to reach your VPS.
