지금 뭐가 어떻게 된거죠?호스트 서버에 접속을 할 수 없고 VM의 정보를 확인할 수 없습니다.
선작업,피해 후공지부터 시작해서 오늘 호스트 서버 에러까지 여러모로 유료 서비스라고 보기 어려울 정도인데 약관에 면책으로 적어놓으면 끝이라는게 아쉽습니다.

Thank you for sending this information. However is it the receipt got from Paymentwall? To check your transaction, I need to know Ref ID (normally the transaction ID) provided by Paymentwall. But at your screenshot, the "REFERENSI" code w197947065 isn't valid on the paymentwall. :-( So I can't check it. If there's any receipt from the paymentwall, please let me know. :-( Sorry for this inconvenience.

EDIT: However is "Yondarkness" account one you're using? I found a similar transaction with your one but not sure it's. Please check when you get a chance.
