In a case of ‘2955312929@qq.com’ user, it’s already refunded by me via Alipay management system. So it’s a reason why I’m pointing it’s out of my hands. If a user can’t get the refund even Somagu did the refund, a user should escalate this issue via Alipay because there’s nothing I can help at this point because it’s already refunded.
