Hey, just pay 2.99$ as a newby. Why can't I change my status from pay per traffic to subscription? Can I change it in the client or should I issue a refund and do it again?
ps. I havn't use it after the payment

There's a limitation to change the Data Plans in a month. I see you're now on Subscription so please let us know something is wrong.
